Features

Wv4c diaphragm valve two-way, three-way valve is adopted as type prototype valve, with fewer links 20 µm filter element is installed at the inlet

Oxygen environment application options are available

The output pressure is within a certain range and has been set at the factory

Working principle

WCOS11 series switching device includes two independent pressure reducing valves. Adjust the outlet pressure on the left and right sides by operating the linkage valve rod, that is when the left increases, the right decreases and the left supplies air; When the right increases, the left decreases and the right supplies air

When one side of the air supply is exhausted, it will automatically switch to the other side other air supply

Close the inlet diaphragm valve, open the pressure relief diaphragm valve, drain the air source on the exhausted side, and then replace it with a new air source

The priority air supply source can be selected by turning the switching handle.

Cleaning Technics

Standard (WK-BA)

All welded joints shall be cleaned according to the company’s standard cleaning and packaging specifications. When ordering, there is no need to add suffix

Oxygen Cleaning (WK-O2)

Product cleaning and packaging specifications for oxygen environment can be provided. This product meets the requirement of ASTM 93 C cleanliness. When ordering, please add O2 after the order number.
