Specifications

- Pressure rating: 3000psig (206bar) @70°F (21°C)

- Temperature rating: 50 to 150°F (10 to 65°C) with PTFE seat and packing

- Body material: 316 stainless steel and Brass

- Port Connections: 1/16” to 3/4” and 3mm to 19mm

- Orifice: 0.052 to 0.406 in. (1.3 to 10.3mm)

Testing

Each Valve is tested with nitrogen at 1000psig (69bar) to maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 SCCM

Packing Adjustment

- Valves are adjusted for factory testing at 1000psig (69bar)

- Packing must be readjusted for service at higher pressure
